Terms
of Use

Rules for using this website, viewing demonstrations and starting a written project enquiry.

Effective: 3 November 2026

1. About this website

This website is operated by Viktar Pikulik, based in Poland, using Row & Rule as a project and portfolio name. Row & Rule is not presented as an incorporated company or as evidence of a registered business status.

The site is an informational portfolio. It does not provide checkout, accept payment or itself conclude a contract for services.

2. No automatic engagement

Website content, service descriptions, demonstrations and a generated Process Brief are invitations to discuss a possible project, not binding offers, guarantees or professional advice. An email enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation to accept work.

Any engagement requires a separate written confirmation identifying the contracting parties, lawful contracting status, scope, deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities, data boundary, intellectual-property terms and any applicable tax or registration information.

3. Demonstrations

The Financial Control Cockpit and other proofs are demonstrators built with fictional or synthetic data. They show interface, workflow and control concepts; they are not client case studies, production deployments or evidence of promised savings, accuracy or business results.

Actual performance depends on the source data, business rules, integrations, review process and agreed acceptance tests.

4. Enquiries and data

Initial collaboration is written and asynchronous. Do not send live credentials, passwords, secret keys, payment-card information or unredacted sensitive datasets. A first proof should use synthetic, test or properly anonymised data whenever possible.

The Process Brief remains in your browser unless you deliberately open and send it through your email application.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, original text, demonstrator interfaces and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site and share a normal link to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove attribution from or create a competing commercial product from substantial parts of the site without written permission.

Any ownership or licence for future client deliverables will be set out in the separate written project agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, misrepresent the demonstrations as your own work or use the site for unlawful activity.

7. Third-party services

The site may rely on or link to third-party hosting, video, email or other services. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not imply endorsement, and Row & Rule is not responsible for third-party content or outages.

8. Availability and warranties

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep material accurate, but completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Content may be corrected, changed or withdrawn.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a future engagement involves a consumer, mandatory consumer protections will apply regardless of any inconsistent term. No consumer purchase is concluded on this website.

10. Law, changes and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without removing mandatory protections that may apply under another jurisdiction. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date.

Questions may be sent to viktar@rowandrule.com.

These are website-use terms, not a substitute for a project contract or individual legal advice. Before any paid engagement, the parties must confirm the lawful contracting and invoicing structure in writing.
